3. Resolution

If a laptop is much better in other aspects, like the Apple MacBook Air, it can be excluded from this rule. Then you should consider the resolution. 4. Find SSD or SSD Cache

When you choose a laptop with SSD or SSD cache, whether it is 8GB or 16GB, you get faster speed and response. If your budget allows, prioritize these laptops even though they feature a smaller hard disk, like 500GB instead of 750GB.

5. Older Processors are Okay

It’s better to have Core i series processors. Although they are a generation old, they are better than the latest generation Pentiums. So, if you have to choose between the two at the same price, go with the one with Core i. Same way, the Pentium gives better performance than Atom and though Pentium is from a two-year old generation, it’s fine to get it.
