Acer Iconia Smart S300 was first time appeared at MWC 2011 in Barcelona although that time S300 word is not attached to this handset. This new name is given to this handset just after when it passed FCC. According to FCC, this smartphone will come with SanDisk flash memory, as well as SDRAM manufactured by Hynix, along with a Qualcomm power management chip. It will run on Android 2.3 Gingerbread platform while getting processing power from a single-core 1GHz Qualcomm MSM8255 Snapdragon processor.

Acer Iconia Smart S300 is designed for US Market and therefore it is proving sipport to both GSM and WCDMA support. It comes with 512 MB RAM and dual-cameras : 8MP on the back and 2MP front facing. No word about pricing plan of Acer Iconia Smart S300 Smartphone but it is reported that it will be available by the end of this year at selected retailer’s stores.
