In the UTMS menu, select [1] DEBUG SCREEN. Now from here, select [8] PHONE CONTROL and then select [6] NEWORK LOCK. Next wait around for half a minute. Then press Menu and select Back. Select [4] NW Lock NV Data INITIALLIZ.

Wait around for a minute and then reboot the phone. You won’t get any confirmation about whether the process worked. You can put the SIM card of another provider. If you are not asked to enter an unlock code, you can say that the process worked.
